Steps to make to make Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. Tikka - Take a bowl to add curd, gram flour, salt red chilli powder carom seeds turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin seeds powder,tandoori masala powder oil.
  2. Add paneer pieces capsicum pieces and onion pieces cut into square or triangle shape mix all keep in the refrigerator for 20 mins.
  3. Cover and then keep in the refrigerator.
  4. After 20 min hit up tawa add oil spread all marinate paneer mixture fry little turn make both sides little crispy. Keep aside
  5. For gravy-Heat up oil in a pan add cumin seeds chopped onions saute ginger garlic paste saute add turmeric powder red chilli powder dry coriander powder garam masala powder tomato puree cover for 5 min.
