  1. Mix all sauces, vinegar, cornflour and black pepper powder and 1/4 cup of water. Keep aside
  2. To a pot add oil and heat. Fry ginger and garlic on high flame. Saute onions for 30 seconds..
  3. Add the veggies and then baby spinach and cheese strips. Fry for a minute.
  4. Mix the sauce mix, salt and water and bring to boil.
  5. Now add boiled noodles and mix well with the veggies.
