- Marinate diced onions and capsicum and shallow fry or grill.


- Heat oil in a Kadai adds onions after adding green chill cashew and tomatoes cook till soft. when cool grind along with green elachi.long.dalchini.kali mirch. in the same Kadai add a little oil and tej patta. shahi jeera.ginger-garlic paste. Saute now add the masala cook till oil is visible. Now add capsicum and onion.
