Today I made a cone pizza punch from this leftover waffle today. This dish becomes a very interesting and liked dish for young children. I have made this roti cone pizza punch by adding mixed vegetable and pizza sauce to the leftover roti. To give a cheesy taste I have added cheese on top of it.

- To prepare roti cones:
- 4-5 leftover roti
- 1 Tbsp Brain flour (Maida)
- 1 Tsp Water
- To prepare the stuffing:
- 1/2 cup Grated carrots
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup Boiled corn kernels
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp Chopped black olives
- 1 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1/2 Tsp Green Herb
- According to taste Salt
- 2.5 Tbsp Pizza sauce
- as needed Cheese
Instructions to make to make Roti cone Pizza Punch
- The leftover roti has to be folded and cut into two parts



- Take brain flour in a small bowl and add a little water to prepare thick slurry. Take half part of the roti, put this slurry on the outside and give the bread a cone-like shape and place it like this in the glass.



- Now place these glasses in the microwave to grill for a total of 6 minutes.



- After three minutes, pause it, take out the glass, invert the roti cone and grill again for three minutes.


- So that our crispy roti cones will be ready. These corns are to be kept on the side.

- Mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add pizza seasoning, red chili flakes, green herbs and salt to taste.


- Now add pizza sauce and mix well. So that the stuffing for the roti cone will be ready.


- Now this stuffing is to be filled into the prepared roti cone. Add grated cheese to it.


- It can be decorated with favorite vegetables. I garnished here with olives, chili flakes and coriander. Again this cone is to be grilled in the microwave for two to three minutes.
