  29. 1/4 tap coriander powder
  30. 1/4 tsp chilli flakes

Instructions to make to make Paneer parcha

  1. Cut cottage cheese in 2 slices from middle
  2. Heat 1 spoon oil for paneer parcha
  3. Add green chilli,garlic and ginger
  4. Add onion and saute on low flame
  5. Add carrot and mix well
  6. Add salt and other spices except chilli flakes
  7. Add water and mash with masher
  8. Let it cool
  9. Spread this stuffing on 1 slice of cottage cheese and cover with another slice like we do for sandwich
