- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1/4 tap coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp water
Instructions to make to make Paneer parcha
- Cut cottage cheese in 2 slices from middle
- Heat 1 spoon oil for paneer parcha
- Add green chilli,garlic and ginger
- Add onion and saute on low flame
- Add carrot and mix well
- Add salt and other spices except chilli flakes
- Add water and mash with masher
- Let it cool
- Spread this stuffing on 1 slice of cottage cheese and cover with another slice like we do for sandwich
- Sprinkle chilli flakes and little salt on both sides of cottage cheese
- Geese the grilling pan with remaining oil and grill the paneer parcha from both sides

- For gravy heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds,cloves and cardamom

- Saute for 5 minutes
- Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes

- Add tomato sauce and 1 spoon fenugreek leaves
- Mix butter and switch off the flame
- Takeout the gravy in serving bowl and put prepared paneer parcha on it
- Garnish with remaining fenugreek leaves and serve with naan.
